1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern use of the website, accounts, courses, quizzes, AIQ Opportunity Reports, and related services provided by Madrik Multimedia, Inc. d/b/a AIQ Group ("AIQ Group," "we," "us," or "our").
By using the website, creating an account, purchasing a course, submitting information, or using any AIQ service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
2. Services
AIQ Group provides practical AI education, beginner AI courses, AI-related content, workflow analysis, AI Opportunity Reports, quizzes, and related consulting or educational services.
We may change, suspend, update, or discontinue parts of the website or services at any time.
3. Accounts
Some services require an account. Users are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping login credentials secure, and all activity that occurs under their account.
Users must notify AIQ Group if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Course Access and Purchases
Paid course access is provided after payment is successfully processed and associated with the user's AIQ account.
Prices, promotions, discounts, course availability, and included materials may change over time.
All course purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or where AIQ Group chooses, in its sole discretion, to make an exception.
Digital course access is made available after purchase. Because access to digital materials may begin immediately, users are responsible for reviewing the course description, price, and purchase details before completing checkout.
AIQ Group does not guarantee that a course will produce any specific result, business outcome, income, productivity gain, skill level, or professional advancement.
5. Educational and Informational Use
AIQ Group content is provided for educational and informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, employment, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice.
Users are responsible for evaluating whether any AI tool, workflow, recommendation, course material, or report output is appropriate for their own circumstances.
6. AI Opportunity Reports
AIQ Opportunity Reports are based on information provided by the user and AIQ's analysis of that information. Reports are intended to help identify possible workflow improvements, automation opportunities, and AI-related next steps.
Reports are not guarantees of savings, revenue, performance, compliance, or business results. Actual outcomes depend on implementation, data quality, team adoption, systems, operational constraints, and other factors outside AIQ Group's control.
Users are responsible for reviewing recommendations before acting on them.
7. User Content and Submissions
Users may submit information through forms, quizzes, interviews, contact forms, and other website features.
Users represent that they have the right to submit the information they provide and that their submissions do not violate law, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or third-party rights.
Users should not submit passwords, payment card numbers, highly sensitive personal information, regulated health information, government ID numbers, or confidential trade secrets unless specifically requested through a secure process.
8. License to Use Submissions
Users retain ownership of information they submit. By submitting information, users grant AIQ Group permission to use that information to provide services, generate reports, deliver results, maintain accounts, improve offerings, and operate the business.
AIQ Group may use aggregated or de-identified information for analysis, improvement, reporting, or business purposes, provided it does not identify a specific user or customer.
9. Intellectual Property
The website, course materials, videos, written content, reports, graphics, logos, designs, prompts, workflows, templates, and related materials are owned by AIQ Group or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may access purchased course materials for personal or internal business learning use only. Users may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, scrape, or commercially exploit AIQ materials without written permission.
