Enrollment Terms

Everyday AI Live Enrollment Terms

These terms apply to registration and participation in your selected Everyday AI Live cohort.

Effective Date: October 4, 2026

1. Course and Schedule

Everyday AI Live is one live, instructor-led personal-development course delivered through four online Zoom classes. Choose a Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday cohort at registration. Your selected cohort’s four dates are displayed before payment and included in your enrollment confirmation. Each class begins at 11:00 AM Pacific / 2:00 PM Eastern.

Each class is 90 minutes. The course includes six total instructional hours and is limited to 15 participants.

2. Tuition and Enrollment

Tuition is $199 USD as a one-time payment. Stripe processes payment. AIQ Group does not directly store full payment-card details.

You must be at least 18 years old and located in North America to register for or participate in Everyday AI Live.

Your seat is confirmed only after payment succeeds and AIQ Group sends an enrollment confirmation. Enrollment is for the named participant and may not be resold. A seat may be transferred to a replacement participant only with AIQ Group's written approval before the first class. The replacement participant must satisfy the eligibility requirements and independently accept the current terms and policies.

3. What Is Included

Enrollment includes four live classes, live questions and answers, limited course-related email support between classes, and the class access details, schedule notices, reminders, and operational updates needed to participate.

No participant worksheets, guides, prompts, downloads, or other take-home materials are included at launch. The course does not include private coaching, individual project review, or participant access to class recordings or replays.

4. Attendance, Technology, and Missed Classes

This course is sold as live instruction. You are responsible for attending the scheduled classes and for having a compatible computer or tablet, reliable internet connection, email access, and Zoom access. A laptop or desktop is recommended for hands-on exercises. On-camera and voice participation are optional; you may listen and use Zoom chat for questions.

A free ChatGPT account is recommended for hands-on participation. You may instead use Anthropic's Claude or Google's Gemini. No paid AI subscription is required. You may attend without an AI account, but hands-on participation may be limited.

If participant-side technical issues prevent attendance or meaningful participation, contact info@theaiqgroup.com promptly. AIQ Group will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you, including, when feasible and subject to availability, a corresponding future-cohort session or transfer to another available cohort. Participant-side technical issues do not create replay or refund rights outside the approved refund policy.

AIQ Group does not provide a refund, credit, makeup class, or replay solely because you miss a class, arrive late, leave early, or experience a participant-side technology problem, except where required by law or expressly stated in these terms.

AIQ Group may use Zoom attendance information and administrative records to track attendance for each class, provide support, administer enrollment and refunds, and resolve disputes. Contact info@theaiqgroup.com if you believe an attendance record is incorrect.

Outside an AIQ cancellation or reschedule and the technical accommodation described above, you may request a move to another cohort. Approval is at AIQ Group's discretion, depends on available capacity, is not guaranteed, and does not extend the participant-cancellation deadline.

5. Participant Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel by sending a clear written request to info@theaiqgroup.com. Include the participant's name, purchase email, and cohort dates. A request is received when it reaches that inbox, as shown by AIQ Group's email system.

The refund deadline is 48 hours before your selected cohort’s first class. The exact deadline is displayed before payment and included in your enrollment confirmation. If AIQ Group receives your written cancellation by that deadline, AIQ Group will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Participant cancellations received after the refund deadline or after the cohort begins are non-refundable because the course has limited capacity and the seat may not be refillable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

AIQ Group will initiate an eligible refund to the original payment method within five business days after receiving the eligible request, or sooner if applicable law requires. Stripe, card-network, and bank posting time is additional and outside AIQ Group's control.

6. AIQ Group Cancellation or Rescheduling

AIQ Group may cancel a cohort because of insufficient enrollment or another operational reason. AIQ Group does not promise a public numeric minimum enrollment. If AIQ Group cancels the cohort, you may choose either a full refund or transfer to a future available cohort.

If AIQ Group changes one or more class dates or times and you cannot attend the replacement schedule, you may choose either a full refund or transfer to a future available cohort. Notify AIQ Group at info@theaiqgroup.com within five calendar days after AIQ Group sends the notice or before the first rescheduled class begins, whichever occurs first. If you do not respond by that deadline, enrollment will continue on the replacement schedule unless applicable law requires otherwise.

AIQ Group will provide advance notice whenever reasonably possible. A transfer depends on a future cohort being scheduled and having available capacity.

7. Live-Class Recording Notice and Agreement

AIQ Group intends to record and securely archive the live classes. A recording may capture your display name, image, voice, chat messages, reactions, shared screen, and questions if you use those features.

By accepting these Enrollment Terms and joining a recorded class, you agree to that capture for internal archival, quality review, course administration, dispute resolution, and development of de-identified or instructor-only materials. AIQ Group will repeat the notice in participant communications, use Zoom's recording notice or consent prompt, and have the instructor announce the recording before every session.

This agreement does not authorize AIQ Group to sell, publish, advertise with, or otherwise commercially distribute identifiable participant video, voice, name, chat, questions, likeness, or testimonials. Any such use requires a separate written media release or another approved lawful basis.

No participant replay access is included. Participants may not record, photograph, livestream, transcribe, or redistribute a class or another participant's contributions without AIQ Group's and the affected participant's prior written permission.

AIQ Group will record temporarily in Zoom, transfer each verified recording within seven days to a private, access-restricted AIQ Dropbox folder, and delete the Zoom copy after verifying the transfer. Access is limited to Erik Adams and specifically authorized AIQ administrators. No public or participant-accessible recording links will be created.

AIQ Group will retain raw recordings for 24 months and then delete them unless a recording has been approved for a future product or must be preserved for a legal hold. Any future product remains subject to separate editing, rights, consent, privacy, and legal review. Restricted service backups may persist until their normal expiration.

8. Questions, Email Support, and Participant Submissions

You may ask questions during class and may use the designated support email between classes for limited questions directly related to course material. This support does not include private coaching, individual project review, implementation services, emergency support, or guaranteed response times.

Do not share passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, health information, regulated data, confidential third-party information, trade secrets, or other highly sensitive information in class, chat, support email, exercises, uploads, or AI tools.

You retain ownership of original material you submit. You give AIQ Group limited permission to receive, display, and use that material only as reasonably necessary to teach the class, answer your question, provide support, administer the course, maintain required records, and exercise the recording rights described above.

9. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

AIQ Group and its licensors retain ownership of course slides, prompts, worksheets, templates, examples, recordings, graphics, text, and other course materials. Subject to these Enrollment Terms, AIQ Group grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials provided to you for your own learning and internal business use.

You may not reproduce, sell, publish, upload, distribute, sublicense, teach from, or commercially exploit AIQ Group course materials without prior written permission. You may not share class links or provide another person access to the live course.

10. Participant Conduct

Participants must interact respectfully, comply with reasonable instructor directions, and protect other participants' privacy, class access, and content. AIQ Group may remove a participant for harassment, threats, unlawful or unsafe activity, privacy violations, unauthorized recording or sharing, unauthorized sharing of class access or course content, or repeated material disruption.

AIQ Group will give a warning when reasonably appropriate. Severe, threatening, unlawful, unsafe, or immediately risky conduct may result in removal without a prior warning. A participant removed for a material conduct violation is not entitled to a refund, credit, transfer, makeup class, or replay, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. AI Tools and Educational Limitations

The course provides general education and information. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, employment, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice.

AI systems can produce incomplete, outdated, biased, or incorrect output. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, protecting sensitive information, following third-party terms, and deciding whether any tool, prompt, workflow, or output is appropriate for your circumstances.

AIQ Group does not guarantee employment, professional advancement, certification, revenue, savings, productivity gains, specific skill attainment, or any other result.

12. Third-Party Services and Privacy

The course uses third-party services such as Zoom, Stripe, email delivery, account and database services, cloud storage, and participant-chosen AI tools. Those services may have separate terms, privacy practices, technical requirements, availability limits, and optional subscription costs.

AIQ Group's Privacy Policy describes how it collects and uses registration, payment metadata, attendance, email, support, website, advertising, account, and recording information.

13. Electronic Agreement and Governing Terms

You agree to transact electronically. Selecting the checkout assent control constitutes your electronic acceptance of these Enrollment Terms and the documents linked at checkout. AIQ Group may retain the accepted version, timestamp, user, cohort, and checkout record as evidence of acceptance.

The governing-law, venue, warranty, liability, account, acceptable-use, and other generally applicable provisions in the AIQ Group Terms of Use remain applicable, except that nothing in these Enrollment Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
